We make every effort to give each patient an appointment with his or her primary care doctor, however if that doctor is not available one of their associates will be available 24 hours a day. We reserve time each day for patients with urgent needs, and will make every effort to see you that same day.
We have evening hours based on availability for follow-up and sick visits.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for your appointment or physical so you may have time to fill out necessary forms. Please bring all insurance cards and referral forms, and please be prepared to make the co-payment required by your insurance company.
Our patient phone reps are trained to schedule your appointments and direct your call to the appropriate staff member. Most times our nurses can address your medical questions. If you or the nurse feel you need to speak directly to a physician your concerns will be passed along to either your primary care physician or the physician on call.
Our phone is answered 24 hours a day. If you have an urgent problem after hours, please call 301-262-8188 to reach our answering service. One of our health care providers is always on duty. If your problem is a true emergency, please seek immediate care at the closest facility. Ask the emergency room staff to contact our office. IF YOU ARE HAVING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY PLEASE CALL 911.

Our “medical mall” is available for your convenience. We offer many services to include physical therapy, radiology, and multiple medical specialists. We have had a long-standing relationship with the physicians that will be utilizing our facility.

We participate in many insurance plans, including Medicare, Blue Shield, and most other insurances. Our billing manager will be happy to assist you with your insurance questions. Co-payments are due at the time of service. If any additional money is owed after insurance reimbursement, you will be sent a statement.
For patients who have no insurance we offer a 20% discount for fees paid at the time of your visit. If there is any type of financial problem and you are unable to pay in full, payment arrangements may be made. We do not want to let financial concerns interfere with providing you with the best possible medical care.
If you are a Managed Care or HMO patient, and plan to see our specialist, please check with our office to verify your insurance company’s requirements, prior to your visit.
We accept refill requests Monday through Thursday from 8:30am to 4:00pm and Fridays 8:30am to 2:30pm. For refills please have your pharmacy call with the request. Please allow at least 72 hours for requests to be completed. Written prescriptions may take two to three days. Requests can be made on line at any time, please see our website for additional details.
